Saturday, in the park -- the twelfth of May, not the fourth of July. The rest of the week passed with less excitement than the weekend.

When Elizabeth called up and invited Auggie out on an afternoon walk, he was more than happy to accept. It's only natural for them to link arms once they get off Vivi -- she's being his guide, after all.

"It's deadly boring," Elizabeth says cheerfully. "That's why I have to get away at every possible opportunity. If it weren't for the math I'd go nuts."

"You think New York is boring? I mean, I know it's not the center of the universe, clearly that title belongs to DC, but boring? If I didn't know better I'd think you didn't know how to have fun."

"Oh, I came out here for other reasons," Virginia assures him. "Seeing her was just a bonus. But yes, Libby, listen to the man. He has the proper attitude."
